Thirteen is a new documentary-style series that spotlights thirteen people, places, or experiences worth knowing. Each season will explore a different theme.
In this first season I interview 13 of Cape Town’s artists. — each one representing a unique facet of the city’s creative spirit. Each episode will offer an intimate and engaging conversation that explores the artist’s world, process, and inspiration. The format embraces the authenticity and informality of modern media — blending the accessibility of podcasts with the visual depth of long-form video storytelling and vlogs.
The episodes will intially be released as YouTube vlogs and the vlogs will be editied into various shorter clips that will be released on all my socail media platforms over time, but the vlogs will also be edited into 26 minute episodes that fits a TV format. I am currently producing a TV series for Cape Town TV, and the idea is to pitch each series of THIRTEEN fot TV as well.
