I DEVELOPED THIS HOT SAUCE OVER THE SPAN OF A FEW YEARS. AFTER QUITE SOME EXPERIMENTAION I FINALLY THINK I HAVE DEVELOPED A SAUCE WITH THE PERFECT HEAT. NOT TOO HOT AND NOT TOO MILD WITH A COMPLEX FLAVOUR PROFILE. IT IS ALSO FERMENTED FOR AT LEAST 21 DAYS WHICH MEANS IT'S GOOD FOR YOUR GUT AND WILL BASICALLY LAST FOR EVER.
